Policies & Information
Suite Representative
The Suite Representative is the authorized person to place orders, handle invoicing, communicate with Suite Attendants, share information with guests, and provide details about special arrangements for your suite. We will keep the Suite Representative informed about special events and menu options. All inquiries should be directed through the Suite Representative.
Delivery and Service
Food will be delivered according to the times specified in your order. If no time is specified, your food will be delivered approximately 60 minutes before the game. Suite Attendants will be stationed outside your suite during the game to ensure timely delivery and to accommodate any additional requests.
Standing Orders
For recurring orders, simply indicate that your order is a "standing order." We will deliver the same order to your suite for every game. Please email us with the subject line “standing order,” and we will contact you to confirm the details.
Game Day Orders
A Suite Attendant will be available for game day orders. The game day menu is limited to items that can be prepared and served in approximately 45 minutes. Payment for food and beverages ordered during the event can be made with a credit card or a pre-authorized card on file.
Payment Arrangements
Suite Holders must have a credit card or University KFS account on file with Suites by Good Tidings. Invoices must be paid prior to the event. KFS invoices will be billed after the event. Game day orders require payment at the time of the order. We accept American Express, Discover, MasterCard, and Visa.
Sales Tax
Food and non-alcoholic beverages are subject to a 6% sales tax. Alcoholic beverages are subject to a 9% sales tax.
Cancellation Policy
To cancel an order, please do so at least two business days before the event. Cancellations made within two business days of the event will incur a charge of 50% of the invoice price due to costs incurred.
Food and Beverage Service
University of Maryland policy requires that Suite Holders and guests use Suites by Good Tidings for all food and beverage service. Food and beverages purchased elsewhere are not allowed in the suites, and any food or beverages served in the suite cannot be removed from the suite.
Ordering Information
To meet all of your food and beverage needs, we encourage you to place orders in advance. Ordering ahead gives you a wider selection for your guests.
Advance Order Deadlines:
Place advance orders by 11:00 PM, four (4) business days before the game. Orders can be placed through our web-based ordering system at suites.umd.edu.
