Policies and Information
Placing your order
Unless noted, orders must be placed by 10:00 am for next day delivery or pickup. Payment due before event.
Delivery
Delivery is available only to location on campus. Deliveries outside of Stamp must exceed $200.00 for Sunday events. Outside normal business hours, a labor charge could be incurred.
Cancellation
Cancellation with less than two business days notice will incur a charge for all perishable foods. Cancellation on the day of the event will be charged full price.
Sustainability
We know sustainability is important to you and we hold it to be a core value as well. We are busy building systems that will help reduce our environmental footprint though local sourcing, composting, recycling, and donations to the student-led Food Necovery Network. The disposable products we use can be recycled or composted. We are happy to work with you to make your event even more green with vegetarian and vegan menus items, by eliminating disposables, and by highlighting seasonal and/or local products. The University provides containers for composting and recycling all over campus. To find a compost container near your event, view the campus map.
