Enhance Your Smoothie Include these ingredients in your smoothie to make it complete with macro (fat, protein, carbs) and micro nutrients (vitamins and minerals). Protein Add 1-2 (Protein Powder, Yogurt, Cottage Cheese, Tofu) Fats Add 1-2 for additional protein and fiber (Nut butter flaxseed chia seed raw nuts). Carbs Add 3-4 (Fruit - frozen is great, leafy greens, oats). Liquids Add 1 (Milk, Milk Alternative, Coconut Water, Water)
