As a highlight of the 3rd Annual Harvest Festival, UMD’s Terp Farm will be supplying over 2,000 pounds of farm-fresh winter squash to be featured at this event. This year’s produce, hand-picked by fellow Terps, will be featured in meal items including Balsamic Glazed Acorn Squash, Butternut Squash, and Spaghetti Squash — so be sure to grab a sample!
Stop by one of the three on-campus dining halls on Wednesday, September 27, 2017, from 5:00 – 8:00 PM, and join us for a night of fun, celebrating not only our very own Terp Farm food, but also UMD Farmer’s Market and other regional vendors!!
