Try adding low-fat dairy products to your daily eating with these simple tips.
-Mix low-fat yogurt with fresh fruit to create a calcium-rich smoothie.
-Slice a variety of low-fat cheeses to serve with sliced apples, berries or crackers
-Top your low fat frozen yogurt with berries
-Top veggies with low-fat melted cheese
