Portion Sizing

Experts may disagree about the importance of various nutritional issues and the effectiveness of diet plans, but nobody’s arguing the fact that limiting portion sizes remains one of the ways to manage both weight and nutritional intake. This puts foodservice operations in an awkward position, trying to offer value for the consumer dollar at a time when obesity and the industry is coming under increasing fire for contributing to the problem.
